Katering Kahwin Terbaik di Shah Alam

Misi mencari katering untuk majlis perkahwinan


Untuk sesebuah majlis perkahwinan banyak perkara perlu diuruskan. Dari jumlah jemputan, busana, andaman, pelamin, jurugambar, dan yang paling penting adalah katering.

Menu ayam masak merah yang disediakan Amimy Kitchen memang terasa lain dari ayam masak merah di majlis perkahwinan yang pernah saya pergi sebelum ini. Biasanya ayam masak merah lain lebih kepada rasa pedas. Tapi ayam masak merah Amimy Kitchen terasa Masam Manis dan sedikit pedas, memang sangat menyelerakan. Bila di makan dengan nasi, terasa sangat sedap.


2 - Daging Masak Hitam

Daging masak hitam merupakan antara menu wajib untuk tempahan katering majlis perkahwinan. Kelainan daging masak hitam Amimy Kitchen adalah pada rasa masak hitam yang cukup rasa, sangat enak. Tips diet mudah, hilang 10KG dalam masa sebulan.

Sejak PKP ni ramai yang kongsikan pengalaman turun berat badan. Ada yang 10KG, ada yang turun sampai 40KG. Al-maklumlah dok rumah tak sibuk dgn kerja harian, ramai yang boleh fokus untuk kurus.

Kebanyakan tips yang dikongsikan hampir sama dan sangat mudah. Sebab tu senang-senang je diorang hilang lemak-lemak di badan.

Ramai yang kongsikan diet masing-masing untuk turunkan berat badan. Antara diet yang ramai amalkan adalah Atkins diet, Intermittent Fasting, Calorie Deficit diet.

Atkins diet, adalah diet yang mengurangkan atau tidak mengambil langsung carbo dalam pemakanan. Maksudnya hanya makan protein dan sayuran/fibre.

Intermittent Fasting pula bermaksud berpuasa dan makan mengikut jadual. Biasanya tempoh berpuasa yang panjang dengan waktu makan yang pendek, contohnya berpuasa selama 16 jam dan makan dalam tempoh 8 jam.

Calorie Deficit diet pula adalah diet dengan kadar kalori yang  dikawal pada kadar yang rendah. Diet ini membolehkan pengamal memakan apa sahaja dengan kandungan kalori yang sangat minimum.

Kesemua jenis diet ini telah mendatangkan hasil yang sangat baik sehingga boleh turunkan sehingga ada yang turun 10kg dalam masa sebulan. Rumusan dari semua diet di atas adalah, perkara asas yang perlu diketahui untuk kurangkan berat badan ialah "Calorie Deficit". Ini bermakna jumlah tenaga yang diambil adalah rendah sehingga perlu ditahap makanan tidak dapat membekalkan tenaga yang cukup untuk badan tetapi zat dan nutrient lain adalah mencukupi. 

Bila makanan yang diambil tidak dapat membekalkan cukup tenaga untuk aktiviti seharian, badan akan membakar lemak tersimpan untuk menghasilkan tenaga.

Atkins diet - Tiada pengambilan karbohidrat dan rendah kalori dalam pemakanan.

Intermittent Fasting - Mengehadkan pemakanan hanya sekali dalam sehari, membuatkan badan mendapat kurang tenaga dari makanan.

Calorie Defecit diet - Mengehadkan jumlah karbohidrat pada tahap yang sangat minimum untuk kurangkan penghasilan tenaga dari sumber makanan.


Setiap orang boleh memilih cara pemakanan yang sesuai untuk diamalkan. Cara pemakanan ini terbukti berkesan untuk turunkan berat badan yang sangat berkesan. 

Selain dari pemakanan, faktor penting untuk turunkan berat badan adalah senaman. Senaman juga perlu diamalkan untuk turunkan berat badan. Ini juga berkaitan dengan konsep "Calorie Deficit" yang disebut tadi.

Jika badan mendapat tenaga yang rendah dari pemakanan, aktiviti harian perlu menggunakan tenaga
melebihi dari pengambilan dari makanan.

Kalau tenaga makanan kurang, tapi penggunaan tenaga pun rendah, ini menyebabkan badan tidak membakar lemak yang tersimpan. Anda juga tak akan kurus atau terlampau perlahan penurunan dan akan mudah naik balik berat badan nanti.

Amalkan senaman ringan dengan tetap setiap hari. Cukup 30 minit hingga 1 jam setiap hari buat permulaan. Bila dah biasakan diri dengan senaman boleh tingkatkan dan buat senaman lebih berat. Lebih tinggi tenaga yang digunakan, lebih banyak lemak yang akan dibakar oleh badan.

Bila senaman banyak, air dalam badan pun perlu cukup. Amalkan meminum air kosong sekurang-kurangnya 2L sehari dan 3L jika perlu. Bergantung kepada berat badan anda.
